Summer at the Turret

Summer days in the Queenstown area are long as the midsummer sun rises as early as 5am and dusk rolls in around 10pm. With the rugged mountains and clear blue lakes, there is something to do for everyone. From sailing and bungy jumping to wine trails, jet boating and tramping, the difficult part is trying to fit everything in.

Take a break from the hustle and bustle of Queenstown and wander down the driveway of the Turret to a walk around Lake Hayes. Take a small cruise on the Lake in our two new Kayaks or small Fin sailboat. Sit back in relax in our beautiful garden with mountain views and enjoy a glass of wine or take short stroll to nearby Amisfield Winery and Bistro.

Here on a Wednesday evening? Join us as a crew member as we race in the Etchell fleet on Lake Wakatipu.
