THE TURRET

The Turret bed and breakfast, featured in the July 2007 NZ House and Garden, is set in an award-winning landscaped garden at Lake Hayes, situated between Arrowtown and Queenstown with panoramic views across the lake to Coronet Peak.

Accommodation is comprised of three guestrooms all with their own private bathroom. Two of the guest rooms have french doors opening out to the terrace, with the third, The Turret Suite, having its own balcony. All rooms have fabulous views, tea and coffee making facilities, a minibar, broadband internet service and quality beds and linens. An open wood burning fire warms the guest lounge and breakfast is served in the guest dining room, which features stunning lake views. Other cuisine options such as dinner and a picnic lunch are available upon request.

Guests can also enjoy the Lake Hayes walking track and complimentary use of two kayaks and a sailboat. The Turret Luxury bed and breakfast is within a short distance of several ski fields, golf courses, numerous vineyards, restaurants, cafes, as well as jet boating, paragliding and a large number of other adventure sports locations. The Turret is a great place to stay and experience all that the Queenstown area has to offer.
